Incorporated in 1987, Henzof Nigeria Limited is a frontrunner in the industry with expertise spanning over 35 years in the occupational health and safety services industry.
Having worked with both local and multinational companies over the years on various and long-term projects, Henzof provides organisations seeking a quality and sustainable approach with consultancy, management, and outsourcing services in achieving their occupational health and safety objectives.
Our staff are trained both locally and internationally with memberships and affiliations with diverse organisations both non-profit and profit and are backed with over 30 years professional and technical experience in our core areas of expertise.
This has enabled us establish many affiliations with industry leaders both locally and abroad that allows us to surpass customer expectations in the services industry.
Henzof Nigeria Limited is a licensed trainer with the Ministry of Labour and Productivity, Nigeria and a member of HUCAPAN.
We work with our partners and clients to provide bespoke services and products that include;
- Fire Safety through design, installation, maintenance, and supply of fire systems and equipment
- Site Traffic Safety
- Risk Management – evaluating their risks and opportunities, design and provision of adequate control measures
- Training, provision and management of Banksman and safety personnel
- Auditing
- Procurement/Supply of specialised personal protective equipment
As a supplier of PPE, Henzof is an authorised distributor of Goliath Safety Shoes.

Board of Directors
Anthony Onyekwere Hemeson (PhD)
Anthony is the Founder and Chairman of Henzof Nigeria. He has a MSc and PhD (Mech. Eng.) from Portsmouth University, United Kingdom, with over 30 years’ experience serving diverse industries ranging from government agencies, manufacturing, and oil and gas companies in the engineering field. He is an honorary member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
He enjoys eating local dishes, spending time with friends and volunteering with Knights of St. Mulumba which he is a member and a grand knight.
Chikaodi Juliet Hemeson
Chikaodi began her career as a legal practitioner with her first and master’s degrees in Law and with over 15 years’ experience, she is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Bar Association.
Joining Henzof Nigeria in 2010 to manage the restructuring of the corporate department has led to over 10years experience working with Henzof Nigeria where she is currently the CEO/MD of the company.
She has professional certifications in occupational health and safety, traffic and driver safety, project risk management, environmental protection and sustainability, leadership, privacy and data protection and is a six sigma champion.
As a chartered quality professional (CQP MCQI), Chikaodi possesses the additional skills gained through her work and voluntary experience auditing, training, site traffic management, fire safety, PPE procurement, labour and employment management, strategic planning, public speaking and mentorship.
She holds other professional positions and memberships as a committee member of the Audit Special Interest Group (SIG) of the CQI, a 4-year running SaFERR ambassadorship with the WSO, training approval assessor of the IIRSM, a judge at the IBA ICC Moot Court Competition for 2-year running (2021 and 2022) and recently, as a member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) of SEDEX.
She enjoys travelling, reading articles, trying out new dishes and volunteering.
Dr Chukwuemeka Anthony Hemeson
Chukwuemeka is a health specialist of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, United Kingdom.
He has an M.B.B.S from the college of medicine, University of Nigeria, Nsukka and FWACP from the Fellow West African College of Physicians, Paediatrics in Nigeria. He achieved his CCT in General Paediatrics in 2016. He began his career at the University of Nigeria, Teaching Hospital Enugu Nigeria as a senior registrar and later as a consultant with the St. Georges Hospital Tooting United Kingdom.
He is a member of several organisations in the United Kingdom among which are the Resuscitation Council, the Association of Simulation in Healthcare Practice, the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, the British association of perinatal medicine and the Association of paediatric emergency medicine.
In his downtime, he enjoys mentoring young people in his local church, spending time with family, running and cycling for sports and reading Terry Pratchet or science fiction.
